Getting out to an actual yoga class isn't really an option for me at the moment.
Being a stay at home/work from home Mum means I don't get out much in the day for grown up activities (bring out the violins). There's also the childcare issue, which is only a few hours once a week. The fact that I work til late the majority of nights after the boy is in bed and even if I have a free evening, I want to slob in front of Netflix (GLOW anyone?!)
Enter Adriene. She's been in my living room more times than I remember, yet we've never technically met. I did her Youtube yoga after, during and after my IVF in 2016. It put me in such a good mind frame and I physically felt stronger and less 'scrunchy'. She's also an all round good gal. I really would love to be friends with her in real life!
Here's a selection of my favourite sessions for all abilities. So not only can you achieve yoga bunny smugness at home, you can even do it in your PJ's!
